You will be receiving a confirmation notification email immediately on redeeming your 3M points for the Swensen's e-voucher. Within maximum 2-working days, you will receive another email with the coupon URL link containing your Swensen's e-voucher. For redemption, you only need to show the e-voucher on your mobile device to the cashier at Swensen's outlets at the time of payment.
- E-vouchers can only be used at any of the participating outlets in Singapore. E-vouchers are valid for dine-in and takeaways only.
- E-vouchers are non-refundable, can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- E-voucher validity date is mentioned on the voucher copy (min. of 6-months from date of claiming from this website) and once expired cannot be extended.
- All E-vouchers are used in full upon redemption, no change will be given back to the customer in case of partial usage of voucher by the customer.
